DELIVERY AND PICKUP POLICIES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

Pick up your order in-store or delivery is possible at your expense. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on your address. If additional fees are charged due to a condition not initially mentioned, these fees will be the buyer's responsibility.<\/p>

Once all your products are ready for pickup, we will notify you. When picking up, present a copy of your order confirmation at 764 Joseph-Louis-Mathieu, Sherbrooke, J1R 0X3. Your order must be picked up within 10 business days once the notification is sent confirming that the order is ready. After 10 business days, it will be automatically canceled and refunded. A 10% handling fee will be applied.<\/p>

Shipping hours are Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to noon and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Hours may be modified and vary depending on the time of year.<\/p>

Your order will be processed within a reasonable time after receipt of the order. The time frame may vary depending on product availability.<\/p>
